Autobiography

Zafer Kazan was born in Sakarya in 1977. He has completed his primary education in Sakarya and secondary education in İzmit and high school in Sakarya. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2000. After he has complated his lawyer internship at Sakarya Bar, he started his lawyer profession in 2002.
